We can arrange same day, next day or, for non-urgent items, weekly set day hard copy retrieval options.

As we have regular deliveries to a number of locations, such as London, Ashford and Maidstone, we will aim to consolidate your retrievals in order to reduce your costs.

Your retrieval request is recorded on our online track and trace system which ensures you know where your files are at any given time.

If you have a DX facility and prefer us to make use of that we will happily do so.
